I went to this location and the service was outstanding. Rachel instantly assisted me with the purchase and my options. She helped me with some ways to save on my bill. The other lady (I didn't get her name) but she was also helpful. They definitely deserve 5 stars easily. I will recommend this location to anyone. Please don't replace them

I walked in this store and I felt like I was going to get some help the 2 ladies actually listened to me and helped me I had been to 2 other cricket stores called customer support and nothing but if you need someone who really cares and willing to help go to this cricket on Dixie I want to pray for these ladies and their families awesome will not go to any other store but this one .I hope the owner or manager realizes that those women are the best .thank you ladies. I gave them 5 stars because of those ladies. Thank you God bless you all and your families.

I love love LOVE this location. Every time I come to this location weather it be to pay my bill or just ask a simple question I get provided with great customer service and an associate that’s willing to help and answer all my questions. So keep up the good work.

Extremely patient because I couldn't remember passwords. They still helped me with setting everything up. It was a pleasure to have Anthony, Cara and Nikki wait on me. Overall great experience.

After months of no help from my local cricket and cricket support, I drove an hour to the Louisville store. Stephanie was so sweet, listened to my issue and fixed my phone in minutes. She really seems to love what she does. Give this girl a raise!

I purchased a LG Stylo 4 here, the staff was knowledgeable and professional. Also very friendly they helped switch all of my contacts and photos over. Very smooth transition.

Great staff worked with a fella named Dave. Extremely knowledgeable of products and plans helped me choose the right one for me. Definitely steered me in the right direction. If the rest of the staff is anything like him they have a winning team! Thanks guys.

Got better when At&t bought them! But not a fan of the charge to pay to stay out of my checking account or pay to walk in and settle account! Nitpick customers out of money! But the technical support is the best!

It's great never will go to another cricket store this one have people who know what they are doing and are willing to help. Will recommend to anyone looking for a good service with a great price 50$ unlimited high speed data and even cheaper perline if you add lines how can you beat that?

Always have had great service when we have been to this location. Three representative"s were wanting to help us. I knew most from other location. Set us up with new phones. Been with Cricket for Over 10 years.
